  About National Apprentice Training Scheme (NATS)

  The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is a Government of India program designed to enhance the practical skills and employability of technically qualified youth. It provides a structured, on-the-job training program for graduates and diploma holders, bridging the gap between academic learning and industry demands. Volvo Group India Pvt Ltd engages freshly graduated individuals for one year apprenticeship, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within the company’s various functions, it's a way to train future workforce members through a structured apprenticeship program

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Supply Network Resiliency activities, including tracking supplier risks and mitigation actions
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain supply chain and supplier data using Excel-based trackers and reports
  • Assist in preparing dashboards, summaries, and inputs for internal reviews
  • Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, engineering, logistics, quality) and external suppliers for data and follow-ups
  • Tracking of day-to-day supply partner performance improvement activities and follow-ups
  • Quickly learn, understand, and effectively use new tools and systems, and stay updated with process and digital changes

  Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial / Production / related disciplines)
