What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the identification, assessment, and documentation of cybersecurity risks within a comprehensive risk register
- Administer and optimize the employer's GRC platform
- Handle security exception requests from various business units
- Ensure continuous compliance with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) controls
- Coordinate compliance audits and assessments, both internal and external
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, including NIST CSF and ISO 27001
- Experience with GRC platforms and risk registers
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or Security+
