      Job Title: Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager
      Location: Zug, Switzerland (3 days in office – 2 days home office)


      Job Description
      We are looking for an experienced Group Consolidation and Reporting Manager to lead our financial reporting team. This role is based in our Headquarter in Zug or Lausanne, Switzerland and is integral to managing the group consolidation and overseeing the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) reporting for our operations across 60 countries.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Group Consolidation and IFRS Reporting: Manage group consolidation and ensure timely publication of quarterly IFRS reports.
      • Annual and Quarterly Reports: Design and review the Group's Annual and Quarterly Reports, adhering to IFRS requirements. This includes structuring financial statements and advising on financial communication.
      • Strategic Advisory: Advise the Group CFO and collaborate with departments like M&A, Treasury, and Tax, focusing on contract and project impacts on Group Financial Statements.
      • Financial Management: Participate in managing working capital, cash flow forecasting, and hedging strategies (interest and foreign exchange).
      • M&A Support: Assist in M&A activities, including financial due diligence, goodwill and purchase price allocation, and evaluating acquired entities' performance.
      • Accounting Policies and Processes: Establish and maintain group accounting policies, processes, and manuals.
      • Subsidiary Assistance: Support Group subsidiaries in improving finance processes.
      • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for the CFO and shareholders in an accurate and timely manner (fast close concept)
      • IFRS exposure: IFRS 15, 16, 9, IAS 19 and 12, IFRS 8 are the prominent ones. It would be a big advantage to have had exposure to share based payments (IFRS 2).
      • Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and consultants.
      • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of three professionals based in Switzerland and Spain.

      Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, with specific experience in Swiss listed companies, particularly those listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Experience in Big 4 accounting firms is also highly desirable.
      • IFRS Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge and experience in IFRS reporting and compliance.
      • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
      • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
      • Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
      • Strategic Insight: Ability to provide strategic financial insights and decision-making support.
