What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate on product strategy and roadmap for core workflows, defining success metrics and ensuring measurable impact
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2–4 Product Managers, setting clear expectations and conducting performance reviews
- Consolidate customer and market insights to identify product opportunities and validate hypotheses through structured discovery
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment and communication across engineering, UX, QA, clinical, and regulatory teams
- Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to stakeholders, building credibility through data-driven rationale
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in product management in SaaS or digital health
- Proven experience in leading and developing Product Managers (2–4 direct reports)
- Strong background in defining roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
- Must be based in US Pacific Time (PT); San Diego strongly preferred
