      We’re looking for truly personable and passionate Guest & Booking Coordinators to come and join our Broadcasting Talent team at our state-of-the-art Broadcast studios & Corporate Head Office in Chiswick, West London.

      Where You'll Work:

      This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

      What You’ll do:

      • Coordinate and manage Guest availability and bookings across TV and social platforms, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date in line with programme schedules.
      • Serve as the main point of contact for Guest Presenter schedule queries, providing clear communication and support to both Guests and internal teams.
      • Ensure all Guests are properly booked into internal systems, and communicate their arrival to relevant teams to allocate space and resources efficiently.
      • Build strong relationships across the business by being visible to buyers, planners, commerce platforms, and programming teams, attending key meetings to gather and share essential information.
      • Support Guest Relations by issuing contracts, sharing business updates, and handling administrative tasks to ensure a seamless experience for all Guests and brands.

      What You'll Bring:

      • Scheduling and administrative experience in an office environment, ideally within a Broadcasting environment, with computer literacy and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
      • High level of organizational ability, able to juggle conflicting priorities and adapt to last minute changes, and progress a high volume of work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
      • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think fast, influence, problem solve, and work flexibly in a time-pressured environment.
