      Accuflex has a great opportunity for a senior Property Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE) to join our client, a long-established regional law firm, in Cumbria.

      This is a leadership appointment offering the opportunity to shape and grow a well-established property department.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Department Leadership: Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary property team.

      Transactional Work: Advise on residential, commercial and agricultural property transactions.

      Landlord & Tenant: Handle leases, licences, easements and overage agreements.

      Strategic Input: Contribute to departmental growth and wider firm strategy.

      Compliance: Maintain high standards of regulatory and risk management oversight.

      Required Experience:

      • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE.

      • Strong background in property transactions.

      • Supervisory or management experience preferred.

      • Experience across commercial and/or agricultural property advantageous.

      Location: Cumbria (hybrid considered)
