      Description

      The Healthcare Digital Media Specialist plays a critical role in producing and scaling high-quality multimedia content that supports patient acquisition, brand awareness, and physician engagement initiatives. This role combines creative media production with digital marketing execution across video, social media, CRM campaigns, and enterprise marketing initiatives.

      The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled-capable of producing compelling visual content while also supporting data-driven marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.

      This individual will collaborate across marketing, sales, operations, IT, and physician leadership to help execute campaigns that support the growth of orthopedic and musculoskeletal service lines.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

      Multimedia Content Production
      • Help conceptualize, write, and produce multimedia content including video, audio, graphics, and digital assets
      • Edit video and audio content for marketing campaigns, educational materials, and physician content
      • Create motion graphics and basic animation to enhance digital storytelling
      • Assist in the development of media content for social, web, and advertising channels
      • Support the design of marketing assets, graphics, and collateral used across campaigns

      Social Media & Content Strategy
      • Help develop and execute social media content plans aligned with marketing initiatives
      • Assist in producing content optimized for SEO, Meta platforms, Google Network, YouTube and LinkedIn
      • Collaborate with marketing leadership to translate campaign strategies into engaging digital media

      Digital Marketing Campaign Support
      • Support digital marketing initiatives across the enterprise including:
      • CRM email marketing campaigns
      • Digital patient acquisition initiatives
      • Physician education and webinar programs
      • Assist with scaling digital support for webinars and virtual events, including video production, promotional assets, and post-event media

      Media Management & Platform Support
      • Manage and organize digital media libraries and archives
      • Maintain and update online video platforms and internal media repositories
      • Ensure consistent formatting, branding, and version control across digital assets

      Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Work closely with sales, IT, operations, marketing leadership, and physicians to execute campaigns and content initiatives
      • Assist in the production of marketing materials that support new patient growth and service line expansion

      Performance Monitoring & Reporting
      • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital media campaigns
      • Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion
      • Support marketing leadership with campaign reporting and media performance metrics

      Requirements

      Required
      • 2-4 years' experience in content development and marketing communication
      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or similar majors
      • Prior advertising agency experience a plus; healthcare industry experience a plus
      • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail
      • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to self-manage workflow and different priorities
      • Familiarity with CRM marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and webinar platforms
      • Confident using Canva, Adobe, or similar design platforms for creating visual media
      • Familiarity with video editing tools or platforms to edit existing content and create new content
      • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and campaign reporting tools
      • Able to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      • Track record of collaborating with others on the marketing teams to deliver business outcomes
      • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
