Job Description

- Configure and maintain HealthRules setups for enrollment, accounts, claims processing rules, benefits plans, and provider/pricing tables
- Resolve production configuration defects and member/provider impact issues
- Test configuration changes in lower environments; prepare test cases for offshore QA validation
- Support annual benefits renewal activities, contract updates, and regulatory compliance changes
- Document configuration decisions and maintain knowledge base
- 3-5 years HealthRules Payer configuration experience
- Hands-on commercial health plan configuration (member enrollment, benefits setup, claims rules, provider setup)
- Experience working with offshore or distributed QA teams
- Proficiency with HealthRules Designer/Manager and SQL for troubleshooting
- Experience with HealthRules Connector or data integration modules preferred
- Understanding of health plan operations (enrollment & billing, claims processing, customer service) preferred
- Prior augmentation or backfill role experience maintaining production systems preferred
Description:
Impresiv Health is seeking a HealthRules Payer Configuration Analyst to support commercial health plan operations. This role is responsible for configuring and maintaining enrollment, benefits, claims rules, accounts, and provider/pricing setups, resolving production issues, supporting annual renewals and regulatory updates, and coordinating testing with offshore QA teams. The analyst will also document configuration decisions and help maintain system knowledge.
