- Service and repair heavy diesel equipment such as dozers, excavators, backhoes, mini-excavators, compactors, and tractors.
- Maintain and repair company trucks, trailers, and small engines.
- Travel to various job sites in the mid-south area to perform equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Work overtime when needed to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and teamwork capabilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanic work for heavy diesel equipment.
- Proficiency in repairing and maintaining heavy machinery such as dozers and excavators.
- Strong mechanical skills and experience with heavy equipment and diesel engines.
- ASE Certifications.
- Experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
- Experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
- CDL Class A driver’s license for transporting heavy equipment (a plus).

Job Description

Work Environment
You will work in various job sites across the mid-south area, servicing and repairing equipment in diverse conditions. The position may require overtime work to meet project deadlines. Our company supplies all the tools needed to perform your duties effectively.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Covington, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
