      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support daily IT operations, including end-user support and troubleshooting of Windows 11 and Mac devices
      - Maintain Microsoft 365 applications and admin suite, including user account and group administration
      - Utilize a ticketing system to respond to IT service requests within SLA guidelines
      - Manage IT equipment inventory and asset management
      - Collaborate with contract teams to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Systems or Help Desk Administrator
      - Strong skills in Microsoft 365 and Help Desk operations, including VPN setup and device tracking
      - Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Surface Pro and other laptop devices
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration
      - Ability to work independently and show initiative in problem-solving

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in technology or computer science or equivalent experience
      - Experience with Microsoft Intune and device management
      - Familiarity with PowerShell and Microsoft Teams administration
      - Knowledge of printer management
      - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Azure Fundamentals AZ-900
