What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide entry-level help desk support to end users and critical internal IT functions
- Perform data entry and verification of system jobs and processes
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed for the IT Department
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues for users
- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a current, valid US driver's license for at least 6 months
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of related experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Ability to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background, and driving record check
- An associate's degree in information systems, database management, or a related field preferred, but experience may substitute for education
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL, Java, HTML, and Active Directory
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with database management concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
