What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound and outbound phone support for government customers as part of a 24/7 operations center
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize Service Requests (SRs) received through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide First Call Resolution (FCR) for commonly known problems
- Document, resolve, and track customer issues using ITIL-integrated ticketing systems like Oracle Siebel CRM and ServiceNow
- Generate standard reports and provide updates on high-priority issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED (Associate/Bachelor's preferred)
- Ability to obtain a NACI Public Trust clearance
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, especially in a remote team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous call center experience
- Ability to train others
- Existing Public Trust clearance
- HDI-CSR or ITIL v3 Foundation certification (to be obtained after hire at employer's expense)
