      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Address network, device, and equipment issues, ensuring effective resolution
      - Assess and determine whether Tier I support tickets should be dispatched or escalated to Tier III
      - Conduct remote troubleshooting for network-related problems
      - Identify and evaluate the functionality of access points and their users
      - Resolve cable and video-related issues and manage device reboots as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
      - At least 1 year of technical support experience
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Proficiency in network and wireless troubleshooting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Ruckus, Juniper, and Cambium Access Points
      - Experience with Zendesk or another ticketing system
      - Previous work experience with an Internet Service Provider (ISP)
