      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve elevated software technical and procedural problems for internal and external users
      - Log all incoming problems and requests, documenting actions taken to resolve them
      - Provide first response help desk support to all customers and users
      - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AOC business applications
      - Ensure closed problems are adequately documented and provide follow-up status to end-users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree in a field related to computer science or information technology
      - Experience in help desk support or IT operations
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting established deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional paraprofessional or professional IT technical experience may substitute for educational requirements
      - Familiarity with mainframe applications is a plus
      - Experience in a customer service role, particularly in software support
      - Strong organizational and prioritization skills
      - Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word
