      QSROnline.com, LLC is a software company based in Corpus Christi that provides operational and reporting solutions for restaurant operators. Our Support Team works directly with customers to help them navigate our platform, resolve usage questions, and ensure a positive day-to-day experience.

      We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Help Desk Representative to join our Support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning software systems, and working in a structured, customer-facing environment.

      This is not an IT infrastructure role.
      The position does not involve networking, hardware, servers, system administration, coding, or internal IT support.
      What You'll Do
      • Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions via phone, email, and ticketing system
      • Assist users with navigation, setup, and usage of QSROnline software
      • Follow documented processes to research and resolve customer-reported issues
      • Accurately document interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
      • Escalate issues appropriately to senior support or development teams when needed
      • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers of varying technical skill levels
      What We're Looking For
      • Strong customer service and communication skills
      • Comfort working with web-based software and learning new systems
      • Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
      • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple requests
      • Previous customer service, call center, or support experience is a plus-but not required
      Important Notes
      • This is an entry-level role with training provided
      • This position focuses on software support and customer experience, not IT operations
      • Full-time position with regular business hours

      Starting Rate $16.83

      Requirements
      • Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role
      • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Familiarity with restaurant operations and software is a plus
      • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
      • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
      • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
      • High school diploma or equivalent
