      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Hire, train, and prepare contact center representatives to effectively respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot service or product issues
      - Ensure compliance with contact center objectives, performance standards, and policies
      - Provide guidance to representatives on best practices and challenging calls
      - Monitor and evaluate performance, offering coaching and corrective action as necessary
      - Prepare reports and analyze data to assist management in setting contact center goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Six (6) years of relevant experience with sufficient technical knowledge
      - Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience and two (2) years of experience as a customer support services operator/analyst
      - Proven oral and written communication skills
      - Current DEA clearance and experience with the DEA

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multilingual speaker is a plus
      - Demonstrated ability to handle operational issues and suggest improvements
