Job Description
• Answer customer questions via chat, email, or call
• Respond to support requests in a clear and timely manner
• Troubleshoot basic issues using guides or FAQs
• Escalate complex problems to the write team
• Update and manage support tickets
• Maintain a helpful and friendly tone with all customers
Skill Set
• At least 2 years of help desk experience • Proven experience with Asterisk systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Solid technical troubleshooting skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Upbeat and positive attitude • Calm and composed under pressure • This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the PhilippinesAbout the company
