What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of issues reported through email, phone, chat, etc., and see them through until resolved or escalated
- Communicate effectively with both IT professionals and end users
- Troubleshoot to determine root causes of issues and provide support for end users
- Provide timely status updates and follow-up information to teammates regarding reported issues
- Collaborate with teammates across the organization and external customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science
- 5 years of experience in supporting and configuring Microsoft Office 365
- 5 years of customer support or helpdesk experience
- 5 years of experience in software support
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and documenting incident resolutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Service Desk solutions and Intune
- Proven ability to communicate actively across different mediums, including email and instant messaging
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative for continual process improvement
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Microsoft, AWS, or others is a plus
