What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound support for multiple health plans related to password resets and registration assistance
- Address non-technical inquiries regarding system functionality
- Document all customer interactions in the HealthTrio by mPulse customer tracking software
- Participate in special projects or other assigned duties
- Fulfill on-call duties as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of phone support or call center experience
- Effective verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry
- Fluency in Spanish
