What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide desktop and laptop support, including troubleshooting break/fix issues and application installation
- Investigate and remediate malware alerts and assist users in enrolling in MFA
- Document, track, and escalate tickets using the ticketing system
- Collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional service to clients, both remotely and onsite
- Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the support process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of professional IT support experience
- Working knowledge of Windows 10, 11, and MacOS
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 office suite
- Time management skills essential for success in this role
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A+ and/or Network+ certifications
- Experience working in a ticketing system, particularly with Autotask
- Knowledge of Office 365 cloud services
- Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
