      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial point of contact for users, gathering and analyzing information about their issues
      - Provide technical support for hardware, systems, sub-systems, and applications
      - Assist users in navigating application menus and troubleshoot network connectivity issues
      - Resolve basic questions regarding installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products
      - Work with remote employees on a corporate network, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Must have one of the following certifications: Network+, A+, or Security+
      - Active DoD Secret clearance or higher is mandatory
      - Prior experience in computer technical support
      - Proficient in troubleshooting Windows Operating systems and MS Outlook email issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills with the ability to empathize and effectively troubleshoot issues
      - Understanding of Active Directory for unlocking and resetting passwords
      - Familiarity with Service Desk software and hardware technologies
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
