Position: High School Vice Principal, 12 Months Effective Date: Start Date of July 1, 2026 or sooner, depending on availability Job Goal: To provide instructional and operational leadership to support student success, social-emotional growth, and academic excellence. The position partners with staff, families, and the community to promote a positive school climate, equitable discipline practices, and continuous improvement. Employment Terms:
Twelve-month year; tenure-track position
Full-time; eligible for health insurance benefits
Terms and conditions of employment to be specified in the negotiated Agreement between the Board of Education and the Paramus Association of School Principals.Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 Reports To: Principal Qualifications: 1.Master's Degree in Educational Administration and/or a specific content area
2. New Jersey Principal Certification
3. Experience as a successful supervisor/administrator
4. At least five consecutive years of successful teaching experience
