What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and execute the end-to-end implementation of the employer’s solution for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers
- Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience and expedited time to value
- Lead implementation and onboarding projects, defining scope and aligning stakeholders
- Advise customers on best practices to ensure optimal software usage and value
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Proficiency with complex, multi-module SaaS systems and comfort with analytics and relational data
- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in navigating change management processes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple themes
