What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide one-on-one nursing and personal care to clients in central Vermont
- Ensure standards of hygiene, nutrition, and homemaking are met and maintained
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary home care team to optimize client health and well-being
- Follow a plan of care guided by a Registered Nurse or Clinical Team Manager
- Participate in on-the-job training through the preceptor program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid VT LNA license
- Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in a home care setting
- Valid VT driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with automobile insurance
