Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase occupancy, maximize revenue, and enhance profitability.
Manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts, including monitoring expenditures and controlling costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain relationships with guests, suppliers, and external partners to support the hotel's reputation and success.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and develop packages or promotions.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities and services meet quality standards.
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
In-depth knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions effectively.

The Hotel Manager will be responsible of Souq Waqif Hotel, Al Najada Hotel, and Al Najada Apartments.
The Hotel Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure efficient and profitable performance. This includes managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, optimizing financial performance, and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue and improve overall service delivery.
