- Manage personnel including training, coaching new employees and current employees on the Molly Maid system of cleaning, and day-to-day performance management
- Ensure successful operations: prepare and review reporting, ensure homes are cleaned as scheduled
- Improve upon current processes to ensure quality, profitability, and future growth
- Detailed oriented and cares about the job being done right
- Ability to learn our professional housecleaning system and Have Fun In The Process!!
- At least 1-2 years supervisory experience / at least 1 year in the professional home cleaning industry
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
