      The main task of our team is to implement all administrative, personnel-specific processes precisely, punctually and professionally. Our goal is always to ensure that our employees have an excellent customer experience through accurate time recording, smooth payroll processing, and other administrative processes in the human resources department.

      Home Office Requirements:
      · A quiet and private place to work where you will not be disturbed.
      · Internet connection from a reliable provider with a speed of at least of 20 mbps download and 5 mbps upload as of Day 1 of your employment.


      The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as performance bonuses, where applicable. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements.

      Company discretionary, supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, MultiSport card, employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras), commuter benefits where applicable, and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counselling and referral service to support health and well-being).

      The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 5.500 monthly.


      Key job responsibilities
      - Maintaining and checking data in our time recording systems, such as reasons for absence or time-offs
      - Processing, checking and maintaining personal and payrun-related data in our human resources information systems
      - Preparation and timely provision of data for further processing by the locations' HR support teams
      - Creation, tracking and control of evaluations and statistics
      - Processing inquiries from employees, managers and HR departments
      - Active participation in projects to continuously improve existing processes or individual process steps
      - Responsible for creating, managing, and distributing various business documents and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - High school or equivalent
      - Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or higher level of education
      - Good proficiency in written and verbal in German (B1 CEFR) and very good proficiency in English (B2 CEFR)- First professional experience in the commercial sector
      - Enjoy managing large amounts of data and administrative work
      - Careful, reliable and independent way of working, even under deadline pressure
      - High customer orientation and communication skills
      - Willingness to work flexibly to ensure the greatest possible customer satisfaction
      - (Ideally) you have already worked with time recording systems and/or other HR systems
