      The HR Analyst (formally titled Associate HR Business Partner) supports the development and implementation of client-specific HR solutions. You will partner with HR Business Partner team members and leaders as well as centers of practice to deliver solutions and programs that attract, motivate, develop and retain talent. Primary responsibilities include...

      • Serves as the key contact for manager level support needs and as backup in the absence of the HRA for senior level leadership support needs.
      • Coaches leaders on policies, procedures, services and capabilities and communicates information as needed in client or division specific meetings.
      • Partners with centers of practice (CoP) to administer programs that support the company's ability to attract, develop, motivate and retain talent. Serves as a project manager for larger scale reorganizations across multiple divisions. Influences the support needed by other key stakeholder in this process
      • Completes the analysis of divergent data points to inform viewpoints and the development of talent strategies to address. Data includes people related data used in alignment with business strategies. Examples include exit interviews, skill assessments, job change trends, trends for talent attrition, talent movement, talent development stats, performance management analysis, engagement analysis, etc.)
      • Assesses overall risk associated with key initiatives and divisional support needs and partners with Legal and Employee Relations to define overall approach related to people impacts.
      • Performs ad-hoc reporting on key people related data to continually understand how it relates to client business needs.
      • Participates in the workforce planning process across divisions, including creating business hypotheses related to change, determining critical questions, and identifying "what if" scenarios for the purpose of exploring varying options and outcomes.

      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience.
      • Excel expertise (complex pivot tables, formulas, macros, V-lookups...)
      • Workday proficiency preferred
      • 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally with focus in contact center, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, organization effectiveness, HRIS, analytics or generalist.

      This position is a hybrid role that involves working a minimum of 10 days per month in the office.       • Demonstrated experience analyzing and synthesizing data into easy to understand and actionable recommendations in written and presentation form using data, graphics, and effective storytelling to communicate insights and implications for decision making.
      • Demonstrated ability to facilitate efforts across multiple business units.
      • Demonstrated experience developing creative and/or innovation solutions to business needs.
      • Demonstrated business acumen.
      • Solid knowledge and understanding of project management processes and methods.
      • Solid knowledge and understanding of HR disciplines.
      • Demonstrated experience managing large initiatives (planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project objectives).
