      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review job descriptions across various public sector roles assessing comparability
      - Assign comparability ratings using established criteria (80%+ alignment in responsibilities/skills)
      - Input assessment findings in Google Sheets
      - Help build high-quality “ground truth” data that strengthens the recruiting analytics platform
      - Provide clear feedback based on HR expertise

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience in recruiting, job classification, or compensation, preferably within the public sector
      - Familiarity with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) system is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
      - Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy
      - Independent and self-motivated, able to manage tasks with minimal supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience contributing to AI or machine learning projects in HR technology
      - Strong communication skills to share feedback clearly
      - Familiarity with structured processes in HR
