What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the iCIMS applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and user access management
- Collaborate with the HRIS Manager to support and maintain additional HR systems, including payroll and performance management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR workflows and automate manual tasks
- Develop and distribute HR metrics and dashboards to aid in business decisions and compliance
- Provide training and technical support to HR teams and hiring managers on system functionalities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years of direct experience with iCIMS and UKG
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system integrations
- Advanced proficiency in iCIMS, including configuration and reporting
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare or home health industry
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle HCM
- Knowledge of APIs, SFTP data transfers, and HR system integrations
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
