      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain HR information systems configuration and ensure adherence to guidelines
      - Convert data related to restructures, salary survey changes, and more
      - Identify and propose solutions for issues in HR data while ensuring data integrity
      - Create and modify custom reports using HR data
      - Conduct audits on HR information systems and recommend process and policy changes
      - Maintain up-to-date documentation for system-related processes and procedures
      - Assist with system upgrades, updates, and fixes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Absolute confidentiality
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Attention to detail
      - Analytical skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Report writing experience (Crystal Reports or equivalent)
      - Experience with HRIS
      - 5+ years of HR or IT experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SQL
      - Project management skills
      - Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices
