      Human Resources Administrator

      KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

      • Organizes the training programs, meetings and seminars with necessary logistics and within the calendar while respecting all the deadlines.
      • Organizes occasionally the Entity’s events (seminars, team buildings, etc.) and support any improvement initiatives.
      • Support the entity leader with data/presentations/reports necessary to his/her activity within the deadlines and with a critical eye.
      • Provide administrative support while coordinating with food suppliers, external parties, etc.
      • Suggests evolutions to the Manager (tools , organization, etc.).
      • Ensures the permanent relay of information between the site leader and his team.
      • Manages complementary assigned missions independently (ex. EP correspondent, dashboards, etc.).
      • Manages SP files and any other specific files in accordance with the SP and site direction.
      • Extended Support to the team on SP related activities and related letter issuance.
      • Coordinates computer and other necessary accessories at arrival and departure of team members (ex. Exit clearance and onboarding staff to MBSL, Provide finger print access, etc.).
      • Coordinates monthly compensation related activities (monthly shift allowance, leave and attendance data, clearance, etc.) with the central C&B team.

      EXTERNAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

      • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
      • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
      • Sound knowledge on Microsoft office Package (MS Excel, Power point & Outlook).
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
      • Highly energetic personality with a positive, can‑do attitude.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
