      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies
      - Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop and implement HR programs and workforce planning strategies
      - Ensure compliance with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEOC) when managing HR cases
      - Manage full-cycle leave administration and serve as a liaison between employees and third-party disability carriers
      - Draft and manage HR documents, reports, and maintain HR records for data integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and HR compliance
      - Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices related to FMLA, ADA, and EEOC
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Ability to work standard business hours in Mountain Time (MT) or Pacific Time (PT)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree or HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
      - Experience in a consultative HR environment
      - HRIS experience (Workday, UKG, ADP, or similar systems)
