- Building close partnerships with leaders across corporate functions to understand their goals, challenges, and team dynamics
- Advising managers on all things people—from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between
- Providing day-to-day support in areas like performance management, employee relations, coaching, compensation, and development
- Helping navigate and resolve employee concerns with empathy, professionalism, and fairness
- Supporting organizational design efforts and workforce planning as teams evolve and grow
- Identifying talent gaps, training needs, and areas for process improvement—and working with others to close them
- Collaborating with our Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, and HR Operations) to deliver effective programs and initiatives
- Using HR data and metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve employee engagement and retention
- Acting as a culture champion and helping to ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a generalist or business partner capacity
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, employment laws, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine love of working with people
- The ability to build trust quickly, give honest feedback, and influence at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented
- Experience supporting corporate teams (finance, tech, strategy, etc.) is a big plus
