    • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or other related field, preferred, or appropriate experience will be considered as a qualification for this role in lieu of a degree in a related field
    • Two (2) years of personnel experience in a public or private setting, preferred
    • Knowledge of New Jersey education certification regulations and procedures and provisional teacher program and mentoring programs for certificated personnel
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with district monthly agendas and federal and state reports
    • Knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to leave of absences
    • Familiar with attendance policies and monitoring input of attendance data and accountability
    • Experience working with human resources educational software platforms and/or human resources platforms
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace and managing data
    • Detail and process-oriented, and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
    • Able to work in a dynamic organization by balancing multiple priorities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Skilled in demonstrating innovation and creativity by continually improving internal processes and procedures
    • Effective presentation skills for communicating strategy and process

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
