02/09/2026 - Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or other related field, preferred, or appropriate experience will be considered as a qualification for this role in lieu of a degree in a related field
- Two (2) years of personnel experience in a public or private setting, preferred
- Knowledge of New Jersey education certification regulations and procedures and provisional teacher program and mentoring programs for certificated personnel
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with district monthly agendas and federal and state reports
- Knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to leave of absences
- Familiar with attendance policies and monitoring input of attendance data and accountability
- Experience working with human resources educational software platforms and/or human resources platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace and managing data
- Detail and process-oriented, and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
- Able to work in a dynamic organization by balancing multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in demonstrating innovation and creativity by continually improving internal processes and procedures
- Effective presentation skills for communicating strategy and process
