- Req#: JP-005806885
- Submit HR tickets via PCMA (People Connect) for different populations such as staff, non-faculty academics, and faculty.
- Process badge access requests and SPOT award tickets.
- Receive, review, and submit paperwork for volunteer and affiliate appointments through PCMA.
- Monitor the PsychiatryHR email inbox and tag appropriate individuals to address population-specific inquiries.
- Answer basic inquiries regarding team responsibilities, benefits-related queries, and volunteer clinical professor appointments.
- Proficiency in Human Resources and onboarding processes.
- Experience with HR ticketing systems and data entry.
- Strong administrative support and HR administration skills.
- Recruitment expertise and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Competence in using PeopleConnect and PCMA systems.
- 1-2+ years of HR experience.
- 1+ year experience at UCSF or a different UC-affiliated school.
- 6 months or more working with a ticketing system.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
