      Overview

      We are seeking a Revit HVAC Mechanical Designer for a remote assignment. The selected candidate will design and draft mechanical systems for semiconductor manufacturing, cleanrooms, data centers or other advanced manufacturing facilities.

      Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

      ** This position can work remotely **

      ** This position requires experience with Revit **

      Responsibilities

      - Lead design, layout and routing of industrial building mechanical systems

      - Develop P&ID's, plans, sections and construction details

      - Perform design tasks across planning, concept and detailed design

      - Coordinate directly with clients, contractors and internal disciplines

      - Apply expert knowledge of building mechanical systems and codes to ensure quality and accuracy

      Qualifications

      - High School Diploma or GED

      - 5+ years industrial building mechanical design experience

      - 8+ years experience with AutoCAD

      - 4+ years experience with Revit

      - Strong working knowledge of U.S. Mechanical Codes, specifically the International Mechanical Code (IMC)
