- Discuss financing options available for HVAC systems
- Learn and apply the One Hour sales system and ethical practices
- Maintain specified sales margins as directed by the supervisor
- Promote a safety-conscious attitude while on the job and while driving
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum sales experience required
- HVAC trade experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, including listening
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record

- Previous experience in HVAC sales or customer service
