What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews and physical assessments
- Build trusted relationships with clients to enhance their health journey
- Utilize technology, such as an iPad, to manage clinical workflows during evaluations
- Provide necessary diagnostic and preventive services as indicated during visits
- Travel locally and within licensed states to meet clients' needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification in the relevant field
- Ability to cover primary locations, including Chautauqua/Buffalo, NY
- Flexibility to conduct virtual visits as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state licenses to enhance coverage capabilities
- Experience in conducting in-home health evaluations or similar roles
