      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and additional diagnostic tests as required
      - Build trusted relationships with patients to help improve their health and connect them to appropriate care
      - Travel locally within licensed states to perform evaluations and conduct virtual visits as needed
      - Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated, such as spirometry and bone density screenings
      - Work collaboratively with a national network of clinicians committed to enhancing health outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
      - Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
      - Ability to cover primary locations, specifically Kent/Washington County
      - Flexibility to travel locally and within licensed states as needed
      - Commitment to providing compassionate care in diverse home environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multi-state licenses
      - Experience in providing in-home health evaluations or similar services
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with patients effectively
      - Knowledge of diagnostic and preventive services
