      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, and physical evaluations
      - Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes
      - Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for evaluations without prescribing medication or altering treatment regimens
      - Travel locally within licensed states as needed
      - Provide additional diagnostic and preventive services as indicated

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
      - Board certification required
      - Ability to cover primary locations, including Roseau, MN, and surrounding areas
      - Must be flexible and able to adapt to diverse home environments
      - Minimum of 29.5 hours per week availability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multi-state licenses preferred
      - Experience in conducting health evaluations in home settings
