What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to demonstrate computer skills, including copying and pasting, and basic troubleshooting
- A willingness to learn and take ownership of your success
- A dedicated home office space free from noise and distractions
- Completion of identity verification with a valid photo ID on the first day of training
- Passing a background check prior to starting phone time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with using multiple software applications simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
