      Industrial Machine Installer

      We are hiring Industrial Machine Installers to support our high‑precision injection molding operations. This role is essential to ensuring consistent quality, smooth production, and a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, experience in molding or equipment setup, and enjoy a hands-on technical role, we want to meet you.

      Location: Aurora, CO

      Pay: $25.00–$32.00/hr (DOE)

      A & C Shifts:

      • Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday
      • 5:50 AM–6:00 PM or 5:50 PM–6:00 AM

      B & D Shifts:

      • Thursday–Saturday + every other Wednesday
      • Same hours as above

      Night shift differential: +$1.00/hr

      Responsibilities:

      • Set up, start up, and shut down injection molding machines following established procedures.
      • Perform mold changes, tooling adjustments, and complete machine setups based on production requirements.
      • Troubleshoot molding issues including flash, short shots, burns, and dimensional variances.
      • Monitor and adjust process parameters in real time to maintain quality and throughput.
      • Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify product quality and process accuracy.
      • Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve defects and optimize processes.
      • Accurately document machine settings, process changes, and production notes.
      • Support continuous improvement projects focused on scrap reduction, cycle time improvement, and overall equipment efficiency.
      • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment in line with company standards.

      Qualifications

      • Experience in plastics injection molding or industrial machine setup preferred.
      • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose machine and process issues.
      • Proficient with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
      • Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality documentation.
      • Solid understanding of manufacturing safety practices and protocols.
      • Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset in a fast‑paced environment.

      Job Type & Location

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
