  Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

  1st and 2nd shift openings. $30 per hour starting rate.

  We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves performing maintenance on machinery and equipment, including motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. You will be responsible for both preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and following technical manuals and specifications to ensure optimal operation of all equipment.

  Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on machines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Dismantle devices to remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, and various tools; examine form and texture of parts.
  • Control downtime by educating production workers on preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance.
  • Maintain equipment, parts, and supply inventories by checking stock levels, placing orders, and verifying receipts.
  • Conserve maintenance resources by efficiently using equipment and supplies to achieve job results.
  • Prepare electrical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Enhance technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing technical publications, and establishing personal networks.

  The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.
