What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and close sales opportunities, aligning with the company's strategic plans and financial objectives
- Make 50+ inbound and outbound calls daily to generate leads and engage with customers
- Conduct training meetings for installers via Zoom
- Develop and maintain relationships with distribution channels and field representatives
- Utilize CRM to maintain accurate information and track sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience
- Proven ability in both hunting for new clients and farming existing client relationships
- Track record of consistently over-achieving sales quotas in previous roles
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate the SolarEdge product line effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools to enhance productivity
- Experience working for an international organization
