      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound and outbound sales activities via phone, email, and online platforms, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
      - Develop new accounts and business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets
      - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver products and services, providing recommendations based on customer needs
      - Execute sales strategies, qualify leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and generate sales reports
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer's products and services to provide timely, accurate information to clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent experience
      - Prior life science experience or degree in biology or a related field
      - Proven experience qualifying leads, managing CRM data, and developing customer relationships in a life science environment
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
      - Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in virtual sales, account management, or customer service within a life science context
      - Familiarity with the employer's products and services
