What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Host training sessions for clients and their staff
- Develop and maintain business relationships within the assigned territory
- Collaborate strategically with the Inside Sales Manager to enhance client sales and engagement
- Resolve client issues promptly and escalate as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager (CSM), Account Manager (AM), Account Executive (AE), or Business Development Representative (BDR) role, or inside/outside sales experience
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet call requirements and maintain a strong phone presence
- Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in high-volume, customer-focused sales environments (e.g., Enterprise Rent-A-Car, T-Mobile)
- Experience in tele prospecting, virtual presentations, and/or B2B/F2F sales
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
