      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new business through the sale of performing rights licenses to music users
      - Identify, research, and pursue new business prospects according to a prescribed workflow
      - Reach out to potential customers via proactive outbound calls and complete timely activity reports in Salesforce
      - Provide a high level of customer care and service to current and prospective licensees
      - Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and productivity standards set for the Licensing Manager role

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Cold Calling, and B2B Sales
      - Proactive and highly motivated sales professional with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record
      - Ability to identify potential problems and implement solutions proactively
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Proven proficiency in computer systems, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
      - Spanish speaking is a plus
      - Open to feedback and able to work in a collaborative team environment
