What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Assist customers with purchases and post-order support
- Engage in conversations to identify customer needs and recommend products
- Maintain knowledge of client products and offer additional services
- Track and document customer interactions in databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products)
- Strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
- Basic understanding of upselling and persuasion techniques
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
