- Handle inbound & outbound calls from new and existing customer
- Close sales by presenting solutions that fit customer needs
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products when appropriate
- Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay up to date on offerings
- Achieve & exceed sales targets in a competitive, team-oriented environment
- 1+ years of Inside Sales, Telesales, or Call Center Sales experience
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals
- Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
- Strong multi-tasking and CRM/data entry skills
- Available for evening & Saturday shifts (as required)
- This position is fully remote and the hours needed are 1:00PM-10:00PM EST
- Guaranteed Weekly Base Pay of $18/hr + Uncapped Commissions - First-year earnings target: $70,000
